won the Altın Örümcek (Golden Spider) “best school website” award
The web site www.msa.tc of Whirlpool Culinary Arts Academy carried off the honours in the School/Student category of Altın Örümcek (Golden Spider) Web Awards.
The website www.msa.tc of Whirlpool Culinary Arts Academy surmounted five other finalists and carried off the honours in the School/Student category of Altın Örümcek (Golden Spider) Awards organised by Doruk Net. The MSA website, which constituted of a comprehensive and technologic infrastructure and was designed by Laboratuvar Multimedia in order to enable easy and informative access for students and other related parties, competed with prominent candidates such as Bahçeşehir University and Mef Schools.
Altın Örümcek Web Awards contest that has been organised for six years in order to better introduce, appreciate, and encourage investments into web and internet based successful technologic projects, has awarded the best websites on 53 different categories.
The jury of Altın Örümcek Web Awards, the one and only web contest in Turkey, which had 3000 applicants for both the general and Sectorial categories, consisted of respectable representatives from the IT, advertisement, communication, media and telecommunication sectors, as well as prominent names from the academic world. The awards were also assessed by public votes.
